Eligibility

All Talent Compass customers with Lever ATS.

Requisition metrics are available for customers that have LeverTRM for Enterprise package or the Advanced HR add-on [Leverarticle].

Why did we build it?

  • Additional reporting richness for Lever teams
  • Longggg standing customer request, helps to bolster SMB/MM in particular
  • Pre-requisite for adjacent features like capacity planning for Lever
  • Closes reporting gap with competitors like Ashby

Includes headcount allocated to open requisitions, excluding hires already made
Time to fill
TTF = requisition created time - requisition closed time Notes: • requisition created is NOT the same as requisition approved • Gem’s Lever TTF metric is at the requisition level, NOT the job posting lever, which is a separate Lever object • requisition closed does not imply it was filled with a candidate. Customers should filter out by close reason for more accurate reporting.

Limitations/Gotchas?

  • Lever TTF is super weird, and Lever themselves even admit this. See more here: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/articles/7290613054221 we can expect customer questions. Kindly refer them to this Lever documentation.
    • If they’re open to guidance from Gem for better reporting hygiene, we suggest configuring job postings and requisitions 1:1, especially if they’re keen on using things like capacity planning in the future.
