Customer Eligibility and Prerequisites

  • Setting up the Lever integration with Gem requires the user doing the setup to be a Lever Super Admin as well as a Gem Admin. They need to use the same email address in Gem that they use in Lever.
  • Job postings need to be either in the Published state or set to Internal job site in Lever in order for Gem to be able to see and list them in the Gem extension.

Basic Integration Setup

  1. Search for the customer in the Support Dashboard
  2. In the Overview tab, scroll down to ATS Settings & select Lever.
  3. Send the customer Gem integrations: Lever setup to complete setup.

Advanced Integration Setup

  1. Send the customer Setting up Lever API for advanced integration (Gem Help Center) to complete setup. They should let you know when they complete.
  2. The customer’s Gem CSM can now help set up their stage mappings.
