Yes / No / Maybe Ratings
From the Review page of the search, you can take a series of actions, including:
- Rating profiles: Yes / No / Maybe. This sorts profiles into their respective categories, for you to action on.
Gem does NOT use this information to train or change your search on your behalf.- Workflow: You can add to a Project, Sequence, One-off message, upload to ATS (job) for supported ATSes via the Extension (please see the section boxed in red in the screenshot below).
- Update: your search criteria to view different profiles
Using the Maybe rating
If you’ve just started a search and don’t feel like you fully know what you’re looking for, want to shortlist profiles in anticipation of your search broadening, or just want to revisit profiles, rate them as “Maybe” to take a closer look at later.
AI Scoring Panel
Scores are presented on the AI Scoring Panel titled “AI review” on a profile (see more on profiles below). Gem AI scores profiles against each of your qualifications. Scores are summarized by rating from low to high. After clicking Expand on the AI Scoring Panel:
Person Profile
From a profile, users can see prospect information, including:
- Activity Feed: all touchpoints and a place to post notes (public or private)
- Applications - content includes, only if applicable:
- Job
- Stage
- Scorecards
- Rejection reason
- Interview team
- PDF resumes
- “Last updated”: data freshness; showing how recently the profile’s data was refreshed

Extension
From the Installing the Chrome Extension, users can take a series of actions, including:
- Add to Projects Overview:
- Add to Sequences Overview + sequence AI
- Send a One-off Messages
- Upload to ATS (please see Integrating Your ATS With Gem)
Results List
From the AI Sourcing page, users can view the results list for a job by clicking the Open review page or Start reviews button on the job’s module. This will bring you to the review page where users can take a series of actions, including:
- Edit search criteria: redefine the talent pool and add or remove criteria to score the profiles
- Review AI Criteria filters: filter your returned candidates by any of the criteria used in the search creation plus by their overall match rate.
