Overview
Gem Scheduling is made up of three main pages: the Scheduling Queue, the Interviewers page, and the Training Programs page. This article covers what each page is used for and how to navigate through Gem Scheduling, with links to more detailed articles about each of the main pages.
Scheduling Queue
The Scheduling Queue provides an overview of all candidates that are associated with a job in your ATS, and provides a range of information about them - including their current scheduling status, which stage they're in, and details of any upcoming interviews.
You can filter this page to display only candidates who require action, and then take the next available step with them via the action buttons on the right side of each candidate's entry.
For more information about the Scheduling Queue, see also: Gem Scheduling: The Scheduling Queue.
Interviewers
The Interviewers page provides a list of every potential interviewer at your company, along with any trainings they have completed and tags you have associated with them.
You can use this page to view and edit interview eligibilities and tags for your team.
For more information about the Interviewers page, see also: Gem Scheduling: The Interviewers page.
Training Programs
The Training Programs page provides a list of all active training programs, along with details of how many trainees and graduates each program has, and what training phases are available in each program.
From here, you can select an individual training program to view, edit its phases, or add interviewers (either as trainees or graduates).
For more information about the Training Programs page, see also: Gem Scheduling: Training programs.
