Summary

We now have Outreach Stats data in Dashboards! It’s currently limited to tables, but it can be filtered, grouped and otherwise sliced in all the ways you’d expect from Outreach Stats.

What is the feature?

• ability to create dashboard widgets with Outreach Stats tables.
• ability filter them with Outreach Stats filters, group-bys and breakdowns.
• the dashboard date range filters them as you’d expect.

What Value Does this Bring to Our Customers?

Talent Compass users can now capture & report insights across the funnel, from outreach to hire. This positions Talent Compass as the one-stop shop to capture end-to-end recruiting insights.

Who is our target audience for the feature?

Anyone, but especially:

• rec ops & rec leaders: see how their teams are performing, end-to-end
• sourcing managers: see how their teams are performing at the TOF

Why did we build it?

Almost as soon as we launched dashboards for Pipeline Analytics-related data, customers were asking for Top of Funnel / Outreach stats in dashboards as well because they want to analyze & report across the funnel.

Cost

Included for customers who have Talent Compass/dashboards. In the future we may allow dashboards for customers who only have Outreach Stats.

Are there any known competitors who have this functionality?

None of our competitors can report outreach stats from Gem, nor couple it with ATS data. However, some competitors, like Ashby, are able to report data from their own suite (sourcing to hire).

How do you access/get to the feature?

1. Go to a dashboard in Gem (https://www.gem.com/dashboards)
2. Click on “Add widget.” You now have a choose-your-own-adventure:
1. Now, choose any metric from the dropdown under the “Outreach” category.
2. Free free to add filters, group bys, etc.
3. Choice 1: Choose the “Outreach Stats” option. You now have a widget with Outreach Stats!
4. Choice 2: Choose the “Custom graph” option.

Limitations/Gotchas?

• Dashboard-level filters do not apply to the Outreach Stats filter.
• If there is a row in Outreach stats where the name is blank, the Gem profile is probably missing a first and last name, or perhaps it uses characters that gem cannot interpret.
