Summary of the product
At the end of May, we shipped the ability to show Outreach Stats in Dashboards, but only supported the table view. We now have full support for visualizing outreach statistics in Dashboards!
Eligibility
Requirements to have this functionality: Talent Compass→ available for all ATSs
Any upcoming additions on the roadmap? Nothing planned at this time.
Why did we build it?
Customers want to see Top of Funnel / Outreach stats in dashboards as well because they want to analyze & report across the funnel - now we support many more visualizations.
Personas+ Use Cases
Anyone, but especially:
- rec ops & rec leaders: see how their teams are performing, end-to-end
- sourcing managers: see how their teams are performing at the TOF
Competition
If a mutual customer already has access to our API or S3, then Ashby can report on Gem TOF in their reporting modules.
Functional Details
How does the product work?
- Open up your favorite dashboard
- Create a new widget
- Choose one of the new metrics, either “Outreach activity” or “Outreach funnel”
- Enjoy all the new outreach visualizations!
Limitations/Gotchas?
- We don’t currently support a breakdown and a group-by on the same visualization
- Today, rates (such as open rates) are calculated as % of prospects passing on from the previous stage, but there are plans to also add overall rates (e.g. total % prospects making it to this stage)
Future State
- Roadmap: Fast follows and any medium term (3-6 month) roadmap items that are actually planned/resourced
- Future ideas: concepts that we likely want to pursue at some point but have not committed to yet. We’d like to explore further in the future so keep us in the loop if prospects/customers are interested and potentially willing to partner on any of these items.
