Unsubscribe links

To make it easier for your candidates to unsubscribe from future sequence messages, you have the option to include an unsubscribe link in your sequences.

Here’s how it works:

1. Gem will add a small unsubscribe link to the bottom of your email sequence messages.
2. When a candidate clicks unsubscribe, Gem will unsubscribe them across your team.
3. If the candidate clicks unsubscribe, Gem will show a warning and prevent any team member from sending a sequence to any candidate on your team’s unsubscribe list.

Note: If your team uses Campaigns: Create branded emails, there will be a separate unsubscribe workflow for campaign messages. Recipients can unsubscribe from receiving future campaigns by clicking on the link from those messages. Unsubscribing from sequences does not unsubscribe recipients from campaigns.
