What is Talent Pipeline?
Talent Pipeline is a product area in Gem that allows recruiters to see all of their active candidates in Greenhouse at a glance. The kanban board view in Talent Pipeline shows every job that the viewer is listed on the Hiring Team for (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Coordinator) in their ATS.
Eligibility
The team must have Deep Sync for Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SuccessFactors, or ICIMS enabled, or the team must use Gem ATS and Gem Jobs, and they must grant Gem the needed permission scopes in order for them to reject and advance candidates.
How do we enable Talent Pipeline for customers?
Navigate to their Product Modules tab on the Support Dashboard, and enable Talent Pipeline.
