It is possible to import prospects to Gem from a previous CRM, with both standard and custom fields. While some customers are able to import their prospects themselves via Uploading CSVs to Gem, we sometimes need to assist customers with this depending on the size of the customer and on the number of prospects they have to import. Example on-call task filed.
