Overview
What are pipeline analytics and dashboards?
Pipeline Analytics: Overview is a Gem feature that allows you to view your entire talent pipeline at a glance. By taking Gem Sequence data (Send and Reply) and juxtaposing them with your team’s ATS Stages, we are able to give you a full-funnel view from initial outreach to accepting your offer.
Dashboards overview organize and display important metrics from Pipeline Analytics in one, easy-to-access place. Customers are able to see visualizations of multiple metrics (aka widgets) next to each other.
Requirements
- You must be a Gem Admin to set this up for your team. If you are not an Admin, contact us at support@gem.com and we will let you know who your Admin is so they can give you access.
- You’ll need the Gem Chrome Extension installed
- You must have Greenhouse Dev Center Access
