Gem integrations: HRISes

Overview

Integrating Gem ATS with your Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) allows you to push hired candidate data from Gem into your HRIS to help with onboarding processes.

Supported HRISes

Gem currently supports integrations with the following HRIS, either directly or through our integration via Kombo.

Requirements

• Your team uses Gem ATS.
• Your team uses one of the supported HRIS listed above.
• You're an administrator of your HRIS.

Setup

To start the process, let your Gem Account Manager or Customer Success Manager know that you wish to integrate Gem ATS with your HRIS. Include the name of the HRIS in your outreach. You can also reach out to our Support team at support@gem.com.

After you've reached out, our team will provide your HRIS administrator with an integration link. You can use this link to authorize Gem’s access to your HRIS.

Once your HRIS integration with Gem is complete, notify your contact at Gem. Our team will guide you through the remainder of the integration process.

Using the integration

When a candidate is marked as “Hired” in Gem ATS, they're automatically pushed into your HRIS. No other actions are required on your part for this to happen.

Upon uploading a hired candidate into your HRIS, Gem will populate the following fields on the employee profile in the HRIS. You'll have to fill in the following fields, and any other fields that exist in your HRIS, after a candidate is pushed to your HRIS during onboarding.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Job Title
• Phone Number
