What are dashboards?
Dashboards help organize and display important metrics from Pipeline Analytics in one, easy-to-access place. You will be able to see visualizations of multiple metrics (aka widgets) next to each other. Please see Gem Dashboard Widgets to learn how to create widgets.
What are the use cases for dashboards?
There are many uses for dashboards! You can read more about Dashboard Library, but here are some common ones:
- Executive summary
- Performance management
- Diversity
- Syncs with a Hiring Manager
What will I be able to do in dashboards?
- Create dashboards from scratch (add a title, description, & filters)
- See all saved dashboards (looks like projects)
- Edit title, description, filters
- Add or remove widgets
How do I get/access Dashboards?
This feature currently works for teams that have Pipeline Analytics and are on Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, or Workday. If your team uses a different ATS or does not have Pipeline Analytics yet, please contact your Gem Customer Success Manager.
After it is enabled for your team, the Dashboards option will show up in your Gem toolbar.
Where does this data come from?
This data is pulled directly from your ATS through Pipeline Analytics and from Gem.
How do I create a widget?

Click “Set up targets to track progress towards recruiting goals”.
Are there DEI-related metrics?
Yes! These benchmarks are available on bar charts showing candidates in one of the three supported stages (Application Created, Offer Extended, Hired), broken down by either race/ethnicity or gender. Please see Industry Benchmarks for more information on this.
