Overview

With Dashboard Library, you can now quickly and easily create use case specific Dashboards Overview from our available templates. Remove the guesswork in building Dashboards from scratch and figuring out which Dashboard Widgets to include.

Eligibility

You have access to this feature if you have access to Talent Compass. All dashboard-supported ATSes are eligible.

How to Use This Feature

From your Dashboards page, create a “New Dashboard” in the upper right corner.

The template library will pop up, and you will have the option to select a template, or start from scratch.

Available Templates

There are various templates you can choose from, along with the additional option to start from scratch:

1. Executive Summary: Share a high-level overview of the current state of recruiting.
2. Interview Health: Optimize your interview process and interviewer workload.
3. Pipeline Composition: Understand the candidate breakdown of your existing funnel.
4. Recruiting Health: Stay on top of your recruiting funnel and spot potential bottlenecks.
5. Recruiting Team Productivity: Optimize and manage recruiting team performance and output.
6. Outreach Health: Track top of funnel sourcing activity and its impact on your candidate pipeline.
7. Sourcing Team Productivity: Manage sourcing team performance and output.
