Calculation notes: • Looking at the job opening object, NOT the job. (You must have an opening tied to a job, to hire for it). • Only for job openings with status = closed, ones that you have “filled”. This metric is historical. • Display has a decimal point (100.0 days) to allow for TTF <1 day to be displayed. (Customer request). • This is NOT yet converted to hours, and would be a separate feature request. • The option to include TTF <1 day is hardcoded, and must be enabled by request to eng.
