Summary
Similar our Calendly integration, customers who use GoodTime Meet to schedule calls with prospects can now enable the same sequence-stopping functionality. If you incorporate a GoodTime Meet link into your sequence messages, the integration will automatically stop the sequence and further follow-ups from being sent once the candidate books time on their calendar.
Eligibility
This is available for all customers, regardless of ATS - they need to have a GoodTime Meet account and use Gem for sourcing.
Why did we build it?
Current users of GoodTime Meet won’t have to manually pause sequences after someone books a call with them.
Personas + Use Cases
Recruiters & sourcers - anyone who is using seqences to schedule meetings through GoodTime Meet.
Functional Details
How does the product work?
Just like our integration with Calendly, sequences will stop if a prospect books through customer’s GoodTime Meet link.
Steps to Enable
- Go to Gem Settings, and under the section “Default Sequences,” check “Enable GoodTime Meet reply tracking”

- Make a new sequence in Gem and add a clickable link (not just text) to your GoodTime Meet URL to the first stage.
Limitations/Gotchas?
None that we know of at this time
What’s on the roadmap to improve the feature in the future?
No additional work planned at this time. In the future, we may think about doing more robust meeting verification like asking users to submit an API key to us and based on the meeting ID we get back from GoodTime Meet, double check that the meeting was scheduled for the expected GoodTime Meet account.
