Enabling for Customers
- Search for the customer in the Support dash
- Under “Overview”, scroll down to ATS Settings & select Recruitee:
- For the Recruitee integration, customers need to gather their Recruitee API Token first:
- A Gem user will authenticate based on their company’s Subdomain and Recruitee API Token. They can get this token from their IT/Recruitee admin:
- Settings → Personal API tokens → ‘New token’
- Have the Subdomain and Recruitee API Token values on hand for the next steps
Once the above 3 steps are done, customers are now ready to turn on the integration.
- Open up your Gem sidebar
- Click ‘Connect’ button, which will then display an authentication modal
- Enter the Subdomain in the the “Subdomain” field in the “Enter your Recruitee subdomain” modal and click “Submit”
- Enter the Recruitee API Key in the “Recruitee API Key” field in the “Enter your Recruitee API key” modal and click “Submit”
- Now you’re all set!
