We have a lot of filters in PA. This doc is a list of each filter (using the Greenhouse name), and the different features it supports.

Filter Features

Each PA filter can support a number of features. Some are “Conditions” that appear in a dropdown next to the filter, controlling how the filter works. Some are “Special Terms” that allow the filter to run against special values, like the current user or null values.

Conditions:

  • IS filter (match exactly this list of items)
  • IS NOT filter (exclude exactly this list of items)
  • CONTAINS filter (use substring matching against the item name, include all matching items)

Special terms:

  • “Current User” - special term that refers to whichever user is logged in, available for IS and IS NOT filters.
  • [coming soon] “No Value” - special term referring to a null/blank/empty value for this field. Will be available for IS and IS NOT filters.

What about different ATSs?

See Deep Sync Feature Matrix (hyperlink) for conversions from GH filter names to other ATS’s, and which filters are supported on which ATS’s. If a filter is supported, it will have all the features listed in the below table.
