(Internal) One-time concession discounts for Order Forms

The following language can be included where discounting/free licenses are offered to clarify that this is a on-time give and won’t apply to any renewal. *Note you will also need to insert an asterisk next to the relevant pricing / discounting in the fee table.

Language: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the pricing, discounting and fees provided to Customer under this Order Form, specifically including the [pricing and fees OR free Recruiter Access User Licenses] marked with an asterisk above, are a one-time accommodation, limited only to this Order Form, and shall not apply to any renewal. The parties will negotiate the pricing, discounting and fees applicable to any such renewal in good faith.
