One requirement for OFCCP compliance that some Gem customers may need to meet is the ability to provide an auditor with reports of the searches they used, including the filters they used within that search and other search criteria, while sourcing candidates. This includes searches they make across their existing talent pools within Gem.

Upon request, Gem can provide those reports to our customers. We have a 5 business day SLA for generating and returning those reports to customers. These reports will include the date of the search, the search criteria used, and any filters applied to the search results.
