(Internal) Japanese data privacy regulations

Gem is not currently registered with the PIPC, but we are processing data for Japanese individuals under the concept of it being in the interest of data subject. We can support full compliance with all of the standard individual rights for those candidates, similar to the in-product support available for GDPR compliance.
