Sharing content from the Zoom App
- Join the meeting.
- After joining from zoom app select the green “Share Screen” option from the bottom menubar.
- You’ll be prompted to share “Desktop 1” select on this if you’d like to share your current desktop. You can also share specific applications (ie. Google Chrome).
- 1a. If you’re sharing a video or multimedia clip you’ll want to also select “Share Sound” in the bottom left.
- Select “Share”. The displayed content being shared will be outlined in green.
Sharing content from the Zoom conference room controller
- Join the meeting.
- After joining hit the green “Share Content Button”
- Select the sharing option for Desktop (sharing from iPhone/iPad is not recommended)
- Choose either option of navigating to share.zoom.us from your web browser and enter the Meeting ID to complete the sharing process. Alternatively you can go into your Zoom app click “Share screen” and enter the sharing key to complete the process.
Problems with the iPad?
