If you ever need to find a reference customer who is using a certain Gem product, here’s a pretty easy way to get started:
- Go to this Looker dashboard on Gem Warm ARR
- We break out Warm ARR by product in this dashboard – scroll down to the product that you’re looking for: you can see warm usage stats on Licenses, TC, Gem ATS, Gem Scheduling, AI Sourcing, and AI-Powered App Review.
- For example, if I was looking for an enterprise customers who’s actively using AI-Powered App Review, I’d scroll down to that specific dashboard, hover over a recent data point in the blue enterprise line (see screenshot #1). Click on it: that will bring up a little pop-up – select the option to “Break down by team” (see screenshot #2). That should bring up a list of all customers who have paid for this product (see screenshot #3), and it’ll show you their level of Warm ARR, specific usage stats, as well as who the CSM on the account is so you can follow up with them to ask more specific questions or ask for an intro.
- If you mouse over any column headers in this pop up, you can also sort the table in descending or ascending order of any specific column by clicking on the up arrow/down arrow button in the top right.
