- Navigate to www.gem.com/support
- Search for “Gem” in the Team field
- Select the Gem Team (Id 1)
- Click on the Users tab
- Search (CMD+F) for the user in question
- change the dropdown in the internal permissions column for that person to
- ADMIN_DEPREICATED if they don’t need to be able to assume users
- SUPER_ADMIN_DEPRECATED if they do need to be able to assume users
- Engineers should get SUPER_ADMIN by default
- Follow up and tell them that they’re all set.
