Please create a ticket in Zendesk for IT by utilizing the/zendesk create_ticketshortcut in Slack or by simply emailing us athelpme@gem.com
- For general questions please reach out to us in the #ask-ops channel
- For urgent requests please submit a ticket and Slack us the ticket link along with @mention | @IT
Slack Example :
- Type in /zendesk and type “/zendesk create_ticket”(no quotes)
- Once selected, you will have to type create_ticket and press enter
3. A form will now pop up. Please fill out the following:
-Subject
-Requester (will default to the ticket creator)
-Assignee (select IT)
-Description
4. Once all fields have been completed, please click submit and IT will be happy to assist!
