Gem’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our app strictly complies with all conditions specified in the limited use policy of Google, which includes but is not limited to:

• Limit data usage to enhancing user-facing features visible in the application’s interface.
• Data transfers allowed only for user-facing features with consent, security, and legal compliance
• Human access to data requires user consent, security needs, legal compliance, or internal operations.
• Prohibited actions include selling data to third parties, using data for ads, and assessing creditworthiness or lending based on user data.
