Q: Does Gem support non-English characters?
A: Special characters are fine. Gem has been designed to strip out characters like emojis from the start. At the same time, non-English characters are fully supported in the import. The import will not fail if it encounters any of these characters.
For the Gem interface, the buttons and a few other parts can’t be edited. Within Forms, they can change labels and type in Japanese, for example, but many of the buttons cannot be edited.
