Chosen by User During Seat Activation or in Settings (See: Current Role)
Email Domain of Company
1 = Has a seat at the time the report is run 0 = Does not have a seat at the time the report is run
1 = Any user that has performed at least 1 action that is tracked during the time period. 0 = Any user that has not performed at least 1 action that is tracked during the time period.

Any search, regardless of which filters were used, run in Prospects Search.

Number of times Talent Pipeline module accessed
Number of click actions in Talent Pipeline
Number of Gem Campaigns created. Gem Campaigns are branded/recruitment marketing emails, different than Sequences.
Number of Gem Campaigns sent. Gem Campaigns are branded/recruitment marketing emails, different than Sequences.
Gem Forms created
Number of submissions received for Gem Forms.
Gem Pages created.
For Gem Application Review, the number of candidate applications viewed.
For Gem Application Review, the number of candidate applications advanced to the next stage.
For Gem Application Review, the number of candidate applications rejected.
Number of people “Added to Gem.” This shows you net new talent that your company did not have a relationship with previously. Note: This number does not include profiles saved into Gem who already existed in your ATS.
Stage 1 of Sequences sent. This number does not include Sequence follow-up stage messages, in other words, “(#) Sequences Sent” shows new Sequences started during the reporting period.
Hiring Manager Reviews requested.
For saved searches under Prospect Search, the number of new saved searches created which also have an automation set (Project Routing or Sequence Routing)
