The process will involve file exports from their old ATS, and will depend a lot on their old ATS’s capabilities, but we’ll make it at least as good as any other ATS they can migrate to. |
Migration Deadline=*the date when the customer wants to turn off their current ATS**.
Don’t push it to the extreme though, i.e. sometimes there are ways to buy some more time, like letting the customer continue using their ATS for a few weeks past their renewal date, etc., but we don’t want to factor those buffers in the migration deadline date. We want to have some last resort buffers still available in case something goes wrong.
