(Internal) Does Gem undergo external security and penetration testing?

Gem undergoes an annual security review that includes a full review of the Gem application as well as penetration testing. Any High/Critical items highlighted during the test are remediated and retested. For the last several years, we have used NCC Group as our testing partners.

The attached reports can be shared with prospective customers after they have signed an NDA. The reports can be shared with existing customers without requiring an NDA as their MSA contains the appropriate confidentiality clauses.
