Enabling for Customers

When a customer wants to turn on their integration, navigate to the Support dash and set their ATS to Breezy.

Afterwards, the customer will follow these steps:

  1. Open up your Gem sidebar
  2. Click Connect button, which will then display an authentication modal (screenshot below)
  3. Enter your Breezy credentials (specific to you as a user)
  4. Now you’re all set!

Dedupe & Upload Functionality

Duplicate check against Breezy

  • We surface potential duplicates based on name & email
    • As with our other ATS integrations, we first check whether the candidate exists in Breezy and show you in the minimized Gem extension.
  • When duplicates are surfaced, user can Mergewith selected profile or Upload as new candidate

Upload as new candidate

Breezy requires the following fields for upload:

  • First Name (not Last name)
  • Job is required for Application

Additional information

  • The uploaded candidate will show up as ‘Applied’ status in Breezy
  • Watch-outs
    • After the initial candidate upload, cannot upload an additional application to that same candidate.
