These are all the jobs in your ATS. We sync these on a frequent, recurring basis. When a new job is added to your ATS, it will show up in Gem Scheduling in a few minutes.
Clicking on a job takes you to the Job Details page, where you can configure the job for scheduling.
Finding a specific job
You can quickly search for a job by name using the Search bar.
By default, the Jobs page only shows open jobs. If you’re searching for a closed or draft job, make sure you clear the Status filters before searching for it.
Filtering jobs
You can filter jobs by their status (Open, Closed, or Draft), which we sync from your ATS.
Recommended best practices
Cleaning up jobs
We recommend archiving any “fake” or “test” jobs after you are done using them. For example, if you create test jobs in your ATS to try out interview loops, you may want to hide those jobs in Gem Scheduling.
