Overview

This new Talent Compass capability allows teams to generate a snapshot, using Dashboard Widgets, of where active candidates are in the recruiting process on Talent Compass.

Who has Access?

All teams with Talent Compass using Greenhouse have access to this feature. We’re in the process of supporting this for other ATS’s (but please keep in mind that filters & group-by’s differ for each ATS).

Use Cases

Some examples of how some would use the Current Pipeline View include:

• Give managers & leaders an overview of where their existing pipelines stand, including how many candidates are in the hired stage
• Identify where candidates are in the process and flag how many of them are waiting in the Hiring Manager Review or Interview stages
• Organize the current pipeline view by job, recruiter, hiring manager, team, department, or even the entire company

How to Use This Feature

When configuring a Dashboard Widgets, use the ‘Metric’ dropdown menu to select ‘Current pipeline’. By default, candidates in all stages will be shown, but you can filter this down with the ‘Stages’ dropdown.

Current Limitations

• We are currently in the process of supporting current pipeline for ATS’s other than Greenhouse.
• We don’t currently support ‘App Created’ and ‘Hired’ pipeline stages with current pipeline.
