Prospect Search is a Gem feature that allows you to search for any candidate in Gem. By using various filters, you can search on almost any Gem attribute and curate down lists of people that you can send Sequences to or add to Projects from the same page.
If your team has access to this feature, you can get to it on the left side of your Gem homepage:
