Gem ATS makes it easy to post jobs to a variety of external job boards, whether through direct integrations or via JobTarget. Below are the steps for posting to LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
Posting to LinkedIn
If you have a LinkedIn CSM
- For paid job posts: Contact your LinkedIn CSM to set up LinkedIn Job Wrapping (detailed steps are available on our Gem ATS: LinkedIn Job Wrapping article).
- For free job posts: Share the LinkedIn XML feed with your LinkedIn CSM. You can find it in the Job boards & posts section of your Gem ATS admin settings, under XML Feeds and then LinkedIn.
If you don’t have a LinkedIn CSM
You can still post jobs to LinkedIn using the Gem ATS JobTarget integration:
- Add your LinkedIn Company ID on the Integrations page of your admin settings, under ATS integrations and then JobTarget.
- Your open jobs will appear in organic search results and on the Jobs tab of your LinkedIn company page.
- To promote job posts, follow the same steps as a paid job post via JobTarget, but the cost will be $0. See our Gem ATS: Promote your job posts (JobTarget Integration) article for more details.
Posting to Indeed
If you have an Indeed CSM
- Share the Indeed XML feed with your Indeed CSM. You can find it in the Job boards & posts section of your Gem ATS admin settings, under XML Feeds and then Indeed.
If you don’t have an Indeed CSM
- For paid job slots, use the Gem ATS JobTarget integration.
Posting to other job boards
For paid job posts
The Gem ATS JobTarget integration gives you access to 25,000+ job boards for paid job postings.
For free job posts
The Gem ATS JobTarget integration provides access to many free job boards. To access their free job boards, search the JobTarget Marketplace for their Organic Sites bundle.
The list of free job boards available via JobTarget includes:
- Adzuna Organic.
- Jobcube Organic.
- LinkedIn Organic.
- MyJobHelper Organic.
- Talent.com Organic.
- ZipRecruiter Organic.
Limitations
- Your team must be on a paid subscription to access the JobTarget integration (please contact sales@gem.com to upgrade your account).
- Automatic posting to all free job boards is not currently available.
- JobTarget requires that all positions have a location. For remote roles, we recommend listing the location as your main office and noting in the job description that the role is remote.
