Overview
Customers who use GoodTime Meet to schedule calls with prospects can now enable automatic Sequence-stopping functionality.
If you incorporate a GoodTime Meet link into your sequence messages, the integration will automatically stop the sequence and further follow-ups from being sent once the candidate books time on your calendar using the link in your Gem outreach.
Requirements
You need to have a GoodTime Meet account and use Gem for sourcing.
Setup
The integration can be enabled and disabled at the user-level in Gem Settings. We currently do not support enabling and disabling the integration at the Admin level.
- Navigate to your Settings, and under the section “Default Sequences,” fill in the “Enable GoodTime Meet reply tracking” checkbox to enable the integration.
- Make a new Sequences overview in Gem and add a clickable link (not just text) to your GoodTime Meet URL to the first stage of your sequence.
After a candidate books time using your GoodTime Meet link in the sequence, the sequence will automatically stop for that candidate.
