Posting to LinkedIn
If you have a LinkedIn CSM then:
- If you are interested in paid job posts, you can reach out to your LinkedIn CSM and set up LinkedIn Job Wrapping (detailed steps Gem ATS: LinkedIn job wrapping)
- If you are interested in free job posts, you can reach out to LinkedIn CSM and share the LinkedIn XML feed. You can find the LinkedIn XML feed under Gem ATS Settings > Job boards > XML feeds > LinkedIn
If you don’t have a LinkedIn CSM then you can leverage the Gem ATS <> JobTarget integration.
- Please add your LinkedIn Company ID in ATS Settings, under the “Integrations” tab. Your open jobs will show up in organic search results, as well as your Jobs tab on your LinkedIn company page.

You will go through the same steps as for promoting a paid job post but the cost of the post will be $0.
Posting to Indeed
If you have an Indeed CSM:
- You can reach out to an Indeed CSM and share the Indeed XML feed. You can find the Indeed XML feed under Gem ATS Settings > Job boards > XML feeds > Indeed
If you don’t have an Indeed CSM then you can leverage the Gem ATS <> JobTarget integration.

Posting to other job boards
If you are interested in paid job posts to other job boards , the Gem ATS <> JobTarget integration gives you access to 25,000+ job boards. Please check out Gem integrations: JobTarget
The Gem integrations: JobTarget provides access to many free job boards. To access their free job boards, search the JobTarget Marketplace for their Organic Sites bundle.
List of Free Job Boards Available via JobTarget:
- Adzuna Organic
- Jobcube Organic
- LinkedIn Organic
- MyJobHelper Organic
- Talent.com Organic
- ZipRecruiter Organic
Limitations:
- Your team must be on a paid subscription to access the JobTarget integration (please contact sales@gem.com to upgrade your account).
- Automatic posting to all free job boards is not currently available.
- JobTarget requires that all positions have a location. For remote roles, we recommend listing the location as your main office and noting in the job description that the role is remote.
