This article showcases what the process of finding and applying to a job looks like from a candidate’s perspective.
A candidate applying to one of your Gem ATS jobs will first go to your company’s job board. From there, they’ll find a job they’re interested in applying for and select Apply.
The candidate is prompted to provide the required information listed below, which you pre-define when creating the job.
After completing the application, the candidate selects Submit Application.
The page updates to confirm their application was submitted successfully. They also receive an email confirmation.
