(Internal) One-click candidate data export

All Gems with access to the Support Dashboard can export all candidate data directly from the Support Dashboard with just a couple clicks.

Steps to export data:

1. Head to the team's Overview Panel in Support Dashboard.
2. Find the new Export All Candidate Data section at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the Export button.
4. You’ll receive a download link via email within 24 hours after the data has been exported. The export file is securely stored.
