(Internal) Offboarding from Gem Scheduling (when interviews are already scheduled)

If Greenhouse is their ATS, all interviews are written back to Greenhouse, so there won’t be any historical data in Gem Scheduling that is only available in Gem.

Once we flip the switch, anything scheduled in Gem prior to the switch date (with an interview date in the future) would need to be rescheduled in Greenhouse (if and only if the interview actually needed rescheduling).

If an interview is scheduled for after the switch, it can still happen without any rescheduling, so long as no changes are needed to the original schedule.
