Overview
After a job has been published, you can edit job details, adjust job board visibility, or update application settings at any time. You don’t need to unpublish a job to edit it.

Requirements
- Your team must use Gem ATS.
- Only Admins and the creator of the job can edit a live job.
View job details
To edit any details of a job:
- Select the Jobs option in the main sidebar under the ATS header.
- Search or filter for the job you’d like to edit.
- Select the name of the job to open the job details.
Review the sections below for information on what information is available in each section.
Talent pipeline
The Talent pipeline page automatically updates to show how many applicants are in each stage. You can use this page to track candidate progress, review applications, and manage the hiring process.

Sourcing
The Sourcing page brings all of your sourcing tasks together in a single place. You can complete key steps in your hiring workflow, including starting and reviewing AI searches, adding candidates to projects and sequences, and reviewing your progress.

Job settings
The job settings page lists baseline details about this job, including the department, level, compensation details, hiring team, and offer approvals. Select any header to review and update these details.
You can add or update all of the same job settings that were initially set up when this job was created. For more information on updating these settings, please refer to steps 2-4 of Gem ATS: Create a job.
Openings
You can attach an opening, or change the opening that’s attached, from the openings page. Note that the opening must already exist to be attached to this job. Check out Gem ATS: Openings for more information about openings.
Interview plan
The interview plan page lists each interview milestone included in this process. To add, update, or delete interview steps, select the options listed on this page.

Job posts
The job posts page lists live job board posts for this job. This job post is published to your Gem careers page and to a selection of public job board posts.
You can create a new job board post, or update all of the same job board settings that were initially set up when this job was created. For more information, please refer to Step 7 of Gem ATS: Create a job.
