(Internal) How Greenhouse anonymization affects candidate data in Gem

If a customer has data retention set up in Greenhouse, but not in Gem, when Greenhouse anonymizes a candidate, Gem receives a webhook and anonymizes that same candidate in Gem. If the candidate has a linked Gem profile, the Gem profile gets anonymized as well.
