Jobs vs. job openings: this metric counts jobs, NOT openings. If you have multiple openings you’re hiring for, you’re still hiring for just one that one job. Current job count, NOT historical: reminder that this metric reports only on the # of jobs at this moment, inclusive of open / closed / draft. There is NO historical component, so we cannot show job volume over time. (task) Lever calls these “job postings”.
