(Internal) Is Gem Scheduling covered under our SOC audit?

The current Gem SOC 2 audit period concluded February 29, 2024. At that time, Gem Scheduling was not part of the Gem platform so it is not included in the current audit report. We are applying the same security standards and controls to the development and infrastructure associated with Gem Scheduling and it will be included in our future SOC audits. The next audit period will close February 28, 2025 with the subsequent report available in mid-April 2025.
