In the VERY rare instance where a customer needs to allow contractual access to their Gem account by a third party, we should have them sign an account authorization agreement. This would only apply in a scenario where that third party is wholly outside of the control of our customer, so not a subsidiary or affiliate under the terms of their MSA.
