Gem Scheduling: Access permissions

Permissions for Gem Scheduling are as follows:

• Gem ATS users: Anyone with write permissions in Gem ATS has access to Gem Scheduling.
• Other ATS users: Anyone with the underlying role type of either Standard or Admin has access to Gem Scheduling.
