Talent Pipeline is able to be used in a couple different areas:
- Pipeline Reviews with your Manager
- Making sure candidates are not falling out of process.
Pipeline Reviews with your Manager
Talent Pipeline gives everyone including Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers, and Individual Sourcers or Recruiters a window into your active candidates in process in a dynamic and intuitive view.
You can spend time with your manager and do a pipeline review to make sure candidates are moving through process efficiently.
Managing Candidates in Process
Talent Pipeline is also great for seeing candidates that need some sort of action done. Data is pulled from Interviews Scheduled or Scorecards Completed in Greenhouse, meaning that you’ll be able to know right away if a candidate is missing an important piece of information in Greenhouse.
Drag and drop. You can drag a card to another stage and it will update in Greenhouse.
