Overview
You can use different email addresses to send each stage of your sequence, and change the ‘from’ address for each stage. When the candidate or prospect replies, the reply will go straight to your teammate’s email, where they can continue the dialog. The good news is you can still monitor the state of that sequence, track replies opens & clicks in your Sequences page in Gem and your reach outs show up in your Outreach Stats page.
Requirements
- You must have configured one of the options for sending Sequences as someone else.
How to use different senders
You can use this feature if you want a teammate, hiring manager, or if you simply want to change up the messages recipients are seeing.
Follow these steps:
- Can change the ‘from’ address for any stage of a sequence.
- Disable the As a reply option for each stage that you want to send as a different teammate.
When a recipient replies to one of these stages, replies will go directly to the person you're sending on behalf of. You'll still get notified of replies to ensure you're kept in the loop!
