In Pipeline Analytics, you can break down your candidate application data by Stage Outcome:
This allows you to understand what happened to candidates at a given stage and you can click on the individual counts to display them:
Passed through - The candidate is counted in the current stage AND they are counted in future stage(s).
Skipped stage - The candidate is counted in a future stage WITHOUT being counted in the current (skipped) stage.
Waiting - The candidate is counted in the current stage WITHOUT being counted in future stage(s), AND they have not been rejected.
Rejected - The candidate is counted in the current stage, AND they were rejected with Rejection Reason = “We rejected them”
Dropped out - The candidate is counted in the current stage, AND they were rejected with Rejection Reason = “They rejected us”
