Setting up Your Workable Integration

Gem’s integration with Workable allows you to:

• Upload candidates to Workable from Gem. Workable requires the following fields for upload:
1. First Name, Last Name
2. Application (via association to a Job)
• Dupe check for already-existing candidates in Workable based on candidate name and email address.

To set up the Workable integration, please reach out to Gem Support at support@gem.com to have the integration enabled. Once enabled, please complete the following:

1. Gather your Workable subdomain (for example: https://XYZ.workable.com) as well as your Workable Access Token. You can obtain this token from your IT/Workable admin who will find it under the ‘Integrations’ admin section of Workable (the token should look like a long string of numbers/characters).

1. Open up your Gem extension.
2. Click the “Connect” button, which will then display an authentication modal.
3. Enter your **Workable subdomain.

5. Enter the Workable Access Token** in “Enter your Workable API key” and submit.

Now you’re all set!
