Setting up Your JazzHR Integration

Gem’s integration with JazzHR allows you to:

• Upload candidates to JazzHR from Gem. JazzHR requires the following fields for upload:
1. First Name, Last Name
2. Email
3. Job (optional)
• Dupe check for already-existing candidate profiles in JazzHR based on candidate name and email address.

To set up the JazzHR integration, please reach out to Gem Support at support@gem.com to have the integration enabled. Once enabled, please complete the following:

1. Gather your JazzHR API Key. You can obtain this from your IT/JazzHR admin who will find it under the JazzHR Settings section.

2. Open up your Gem extension.
3. Click the “Connect” button, which will then display an authentication modal.
4. Enter the JazzHR API Key in the “Enter your JazzHR API key” modal and submit.

Now you’re all set!
